Job summary

RSA Engineered Products LLC in El Cajon, CA is seeking a General Helper - Sheet Metal to support our manufacturing team. The role involves deburring, edge and crack removal, and occasional use of power saws and grinders.

On-the-job training provided; schedule Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; pay $20–$22 per hour. Must understand English, follow safety rules, and be a US person as ITAR applies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to read and write English of a level required to fulfill essential job functions.
• Must know how to use air & electric motor driven tools to remove burrs or sharp edges on metal.
• Prior work experience in industry or high school shop training.

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Remove burrs and sharp edges with abrasive materials and hand tools.
• Operate deburring equipment and grinders.
• Pass forklift safety examination as required by CCR Title 8 Section 3668.
• Complete general cleanup or janitorial duties.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or directed.
