RSA Engineered Products LLC in El Cajon, CA is seeking a General Helper - Deburr for the 2nd shift. This role removes burrs and sharp edges from metal parts using hand tools and power burr equipment, with on‑the‑job training provided.

Responsibilities include following written and verbal instructions, operating deburring tools, and assisting others as needed. ITAR compliance applies; must be a U.S. person. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM; pay range $20–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English to perform essential job functions.
• Able to use air & electric motor driven tools to remove burrs or sharp edges on metal.
• Prior work experience in industry or high school shop training.

Responsabilités

• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Remove burrs and sharp edges with abrasive materials and hand tools.
• Operate deburring equipment and related abrasives.
• Pass forklift safety certification as required by CCR Title 8 Section 3668.
• Complete general cleanup or janitorial duties.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
