Job summary

Hank's Seafood Columbus is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role supports servers by setting tables, running food, refilling drinks, and ensuring guest comfort in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist server with table service, including running food, serving beverages, etc.
• Prior experience highly preferred
