Job summary

All Self Storage is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Georgia to lead daily operations at one of its facilities. You will greet customers, assist with rentals, process paperwork, manage deposits, and drive monthly marketing efforts to grow the business.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, can pass background and drug screenings, and demonstrates a positive attitude and aptitude. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a smile and handshake
• Help customers determine the best unit size
• Complete rental paperwork accurately
• Complete scheduled facility walk-throughs and posting payments
• Track past due accounts and follow up
• Record keeping of customer records and payments
• Make daily bank deposits and post receipts
• Monthly marketing activities (calls, visits, emails, social posts, events)
• Maintain merchandise for customer purchases
• Clean vacant units to rentable condition
• Ensure grounds, office, and bathrooms are clean and presentable
• Prepare auction units per procedure and lien laws as needed

Self-Storage is a fast-paced environment. Our employees wear many hats: salesperson, customer service rep, cleaning crew, marketer, accounting clerk, cashier, and more! As a USG Manager you will be responsible for:

• Greeting everyone at your facility with a smile and a handshake
• Helping your customers determine the best size unit before each rental
• Completing all paperwork correctly for each rental
• Completing scheduled facility Walk Thru and Lock checksPosting all payments made the day of receipt
• Tracking and following up on past due accounts
• Record keeping of all customer records; including but not limited to, payments and notes
• Making DAILY bank deposits and posting receipts as instructed
• Monthly Marketing such as Calls, Visits, Emails, Social Media Postings, and Events
• Maintaining merchandise for customer purchase
• Cleaning vacant units to rentable condition.
• Ensuring grounds, office, and bathrooms are clean and presentable at all times
• Preparing auction units according to procedure and lien laws as needed
