Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Patrol CPR Response) in Richmond, VA. You will patrol unarmed, deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors.

The role requires adherence to site procedures and clear communication with responders and leadership. The position offers day shifts, pay at $19.00 per hour, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic, community-focused security team.

Qualifications

• Provide exemplary customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a tech/telecom location.
• Maintain professional, calm communication while handling security-related concerns.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; comply with site policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed by site policy; document observations and incidents.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and security concerns in a professional, timely manner; escalate per site procedures.
• Provide clear, courteous information and directions to employees and visitors, upholding a welcoming environment.
• Communicate with site contacts, emergency responders, and leadership as needed.
