Job summary

Allied Universal is actively seeking a Security Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Seattle, WA. You will monitor premises, perform routine patrols, assist visitors and tenants, and uphold a secure environment while delivering professional customer service.

The position requires a TSA-issued TWIC, minimum age 18 (21 for armed roles), a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check with drug screening where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of retail areas, storefronts, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs per Allied Universal procedures.
