Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed Patrol Driver Badge Verification) in Seattle, WA. The role includes patrolling a retail location, maintaining a visible presence, managing access points, and delivering excellent customer service.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and adherence to safety procedures; a background check and drug screen are required as part of employment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license in accordance with driver policy.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the store and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or hazards.
• Document incidents and patrols per reporting requirements.
