Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Operations Driver in Seattle, WA. You will patrol, monitor access points, and provide customer service to tenants and visitors at a retail site.

Position Type: Full Time. Pay Rate: $23.72 per hour. Shifts include Daytime and Evening hours, with a schedule spanning multiple days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

As a Security Officer Full Time TWIC Operations Driver in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving professional at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and support a welcoming environment.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and delivery activity, and assist with directing individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
