Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue visitor passes.
• Operate access-control systems, respond to alarms or access exceptions, report maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly following escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify unauthorized activity and facility concerns.
