Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer in Richmond Heights, MO. Wage is $19.00 per hour with a Fri–Tues night schedule (2300–0700).

The role focuses on maintaining a safe environment through access control, patrols, and incident reporting for client sites. Responsibilities include conflict resolution, de-escalation, post order compliance, tours, camera monitoring, and customer service to employees and guests.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to theclient’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Camera monitoring.
• Access control duties.

Primary Location: Richmond Heights, MO

Wage:$19.00/HR

Schedule: Fri - Tues: 2300 - 0700

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.

• Valid drivers license required.
• Driving record must meet company and / or insurance standards.
