Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Florissant, MO is seeking Professional Security Officers for full‑time roles. Officers monitor premises, control access, patrol varied sites and enforce directives to maintain a safe environment for clients.

The position emphasizes conflict resolution, customer service, and attention to detail. Applicants should be 18+ with a high school diploma/GED, strong tech skills, and the ability to work independently on a Wed-Sun 3pm–11pm shift.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Driving record must meet company and / or insurance standards.
• Must be alert and observant.
• Must be responsible and dependable.
• Reliable means of transportation needed.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Wage:$19.00/HR

Schedule: Wed - Sun: 1500 - 2300

They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
