Qualifications

• Possess HS diploma or GED and be at least 18 (21+ for armed roles).
• Background check and drug screening required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following security procedures at a logistics site.
• Respond to incidents and delivery-related concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, docks, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist visitor and driver sign-in per site requirements.
• Document observations and communicate information to site leadership.
