Qualifications

• Physical presence at the site with reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor and control access at the logistics location by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Observe loading docks, shipping areas, and perimeter points for unusual activity and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document events according to procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the site and surrounding areas.
