Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Verify credentials and document activity in accordance with site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor and delivery activity.
• Complete accurate reports and shift communications to support a professional environment.
