Job summary

Allied Universal, the leading security and facility services company in North America, is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Access Control Patrol in Honolulu, HI. You will safeguard clients across logistics and distribution sites, monitor access, and provide exceptional customer service as part of a collaborative team.

Position type is Full Time with a pay rate of $27.10 per hour. Duties include unarmed patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining site security procedures.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and responding to incidents as needed.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking areas, and perimeters to deter security issues.
• Monitor access points and manage visitor/sign-in procedures according to site rules.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; prior military experience in Hawaii is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred; background checks and drug screening are standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies at a logistics location.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate per site procedures.
• Regularly patrol loading docks, docks, and entry points.
• Monitor access and assist visitor, driver, and contractor sign-in.
