Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking a reliable Security Guard to help maintain a safe environment at a client location (vacant building). The job requires vigilance, overnight shifts, and dependable performance to deter theft and trespassing.

Pay rate is $17.00 per hour for a full-time position in Texas, with benefits including medical, life, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation, sick days, holidays and retirement plan options. Equal opportunity employer welcoming diverse candidates.

Qualifications

• Texas Level II Non-Commissioned License is required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas of the shopping center on foot.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and regularly scan checkpoint tags throughout the property.
• Deter unauthorized activity and ensure a secure environment for tenants and patrons.
• Report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, and incidents promptly and accurately.
• Respond to emergencies and follow established safety protocols.
• Lock and unlock premises as required.
• Interact professionally with tenants, customers, and law enforcement when necessary.

About the Role: We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team and help maintain a safe and secure environment at one of our clients locations (vacant building). The primary responsibilities are to monitor the property for thieves and trespassers. The ideal candidate will be dependable, observant, and comfortable working overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
