Job summary

Responsibilities

• Patrol community grounds, residential areas, clubhouses, and amenities to deter unauthorized activity.
• Conduct regular inspections and use surveillance systems to identify potential concerns.
• Respond promptly to incidents, conducting emergency services when necessary.
• Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing by enforcing rules and policies.
• Digitally create incident and activity reports with detailed observations.
• Perform regular exterior patrols, securing access points.
• Monitor and control access points, verifying visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Support property management with additional safety duties as assigned.

The Dunbar team is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-time Security Officer. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the property.

As a Security Officer, you will:

• Patrol community grounds, residential areas, clubhouses, and amenities to deter unauthorized activity
• Conduct regular inspections and use surveillance systems to identify potential concerns
• Respond promptly to incidents, conducting emergency services when necessary

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as a part of a team

Scheduling:

• This is a Full-time position averaging 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts when available
• Shifts may include evening, weekends, and holidays depending on site needs
• This is a Full-time position 3rd Shift, Weekends.
