Job summary

Qualifications

• PERC card required.
• Minimum 1 year of security/reception experience preferred.
• Full-time schedule with flexibility to cover various shifts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the entrance and ensure visitors and staff check in with temperature checks.
• Verify the identity of residents and ensure custody authorization for leaving.
• Provide directions to visitors and help them reach destinations.
• Assist residents with smoking materials as needed.
• Maintain a secure, clean environment and ensure overall safety.
