Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
Valid driver’s license required.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Security license preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, background checks are conducted as required by law.
Criminal histories are considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following site policies and procedures.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
Monitor access control points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain entry records.
Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, notifying site contacts and emergency services as directed.
Complete accurate activity reports and handoff communications between shifts.
