Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Site Checks in Sugar Land, TX. You will serve and safeguard clients, conduct routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service while representing Allied Universal.

The role is based at a chemical/petrochemical location with a 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM schedule. A valid driver’s license and 6 months security experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• State/city-issued security license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain records, report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare daily activity reports and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
