Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Monitor and control access to hospital areas by verifying entry and issuing visitor credentials.
• Respond calmly to alarms and security incidents, coordinating with appropriate personnel.
• Direct patients and visitors to departments and waiting areas while monitoring access points.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances and perimeter as assigned.
