Allied Universal in Watsonville, CA seeks a Security Officer Driver Gate Operations to safeguard clients across healthcare settings. You will manage entry points, verify access, and deliver professional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

This driving post requires a valid license, a background check, and a strong commitment to safety. The schedule runs DayTime from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM across several days.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where law permits.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for patients, visitors, staff, contractors, and deliveries.
• Assist with visitor management, including issuing credentials and communicating access requirements.
• Respond to access-related incidents and notify hospital personnel and responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
