Job summary

Qualifications

• Active SLP license or SLPA certification in Pennsylvania.
• CCC-SLP preferred, but not required for SLPAs.
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly valued.
• Previous work with early intervention highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain individual education plans (IEPs).
• Knowledge of current best practices in speech and language therapy for children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with diverse needs, with a focus on early intervention.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of student IEPs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school activities as needed.
