Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the current school year in a full-time, on-site role in West Chester, PA.

The position focuses on early intervention within school-based settings, offering flexible contract arrangements and opportunities to impact student communication and learning outcomes.

Formación

• Valid SLP license or SLPA certification.
• CCC preferred for SLPs.
• Experience with pediatric populations, especially early intervention.
• Experience in school-based settings.
• Strong collaboration and communication with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Deliver therapy sessions tailored to early intervention and school-aged children.
• Document progress, adjust interventions as needed, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support student development.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and school guidelines.
