Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or associate's degree for SLPA.
• Valid Pennsylvania state license/certification (SLP-CCC or SLPA).

• Knowledge of IEP planning, implementation, and compliance with school procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with students, teachers, families.
• Commitment to fostering growth and confidence in children with communication disorders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy to students per IEPs.
• Assess speech, language, and communication abilities to craft intervention strategies.
• Develop and update progress reports and participate in IEP meetings.
