Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an onsite Occupational Therapist to support students in Wilmington, DE for the 2026-2027 school year. The contract runs from August 25, 2026 through June 8, 2027, full-time at 37.5 hours per week across multiple sites.

This role focuses on delivering OT services per IEPs, conducting assessments, and collaborating with teachers, admins, and families to promote functional independence. Delaware licensure and fingerprint clearance are required; COTAs are not eligible.

Qualifications

• Current Delaware Occupational Therapist license (must present license and resume)
• Experience working in a school environment providing OT services to students
• Ability to obtain CBC fingerprint clearance ($85)
• Not open to COTAs; onsite supervision unavailable

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students per IEP requirements
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ functional abilities
• Manage a defined caseload across multiple sites (Lancashire/Maple Lane Elementary; Mount Pleasant Elementary; middle/high school)
• Participate in IEP team meetings and contribute to student plans
