National Youth Advocate Program in Genoa, OH is seeking a full-time Therapist for the School-Based Therapy Team. You will provide individual, group, and family mental health services to children and families, with supervision and collaboration across partners.

The role involves travel to community settings, documentation, and meeting outcomes. A Master’s degree and licensure are required, with flexibility for non-traditional hours and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field is required.
• 2 years of work experience with youth and families preferred.
• License as required by state or contract regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible/non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services.
• Coordinate and monitor services for youth and families.
• Engage in supervision and Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
