Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program seeks a full-time therapist to join the School-Based Therapy Team in Toledo, Ohio. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling, coordinate services, and support youth toward living safely in the community.

Under supervision, you will travel to schools and community sites, complete timely documentation, and participate in supervision and CQI activities. A graduate degree in a human services field and licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
• 2 years of youth/family direct service preferred.
• TF-CBT experience preferred; valid license as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Travels daily to deliver community-based services for youth and families.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner and maintains productivity thresholds.
• Coordinates and monitors services across mental health, education, and social needs.
• Maintains relationships with foster families and supports reunification goals.
• Participates in supervision and Continuous Quality Improvement activities.
