Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field.
• 2 years of work experience with youth and families preferred.
• Valid professional license as required by state/contract regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible/non-traditional hours to serve foster caregivers and families.
• Ability to work with diverse populations respectfully and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Travel daily to deliver community-based services.
• Complete documentation and training in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and monitor services for youth and families in the community.
• Maintain strong relationships with foster parents and families of origin.
