Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for a part-time, school-based opportunity in Rock Hall, MD for the 2026–2027 school year. The role involves supporting Pre-K–12 students with direct therapy, evaluations, and IEP goals, with hybrid onsite/remote elements and guaranteed hours.

You’ll collaborate with educators and families, navigate documentation and progress reporting, and work within a supported district- TheraPeds framework to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology is required or applicable.
• Maryland licensure for SLP is required or eligible.
• MARYLAND DOE school-based certification is required/needed.
• ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.
• CF-SLP candidates may be considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Collect data and adjust interventions based on progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Support articulation, language, fluency, AAC as appropriate.
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and team meetings.
