Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a Riverside, California school-based role. The position involves on-site service across multiple school sites, with a full-time schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.

You will evaluate students, implement PT services aligned with IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff. Ideal candidates hold an active California PT license, with pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping students achieve independence and success.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reporting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
