Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School-Based Physical Therapist to support elementary students on a single Tucson, AZ campus for the full academic year. This in-person role offers a 20-hour weekly schedule and emphasizes mobility milestones and school-based therapy practices.

You will collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster each child’s physical growth and well-being in a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience or passion for working with school-aged children (K-3).
• Knowledge of IEPs and school-based therapy practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' motor skills and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions aligned with each student’s IEP.
• Provide progress updates and collaborate with classroom staff and families.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
