Job summary

The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Order Replenishment Merchandisers play a pivotal role in ensuring our iconic brands are available to customers on shelves. You will build displays, manage stock and coordinate route orders to support sales on our South Houston and Pasadena routes.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives, bonuses, referrals, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with current vehicle liability insurance and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
