Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to cover routes in Lumberton, Beaumont, and Silsbee. This full-time role runs 10-hour shifts Friday through Monday starting at 4am until the route is complete.

You will build displays, manage shelf levels, and coordinate with customers and coworkers. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are required; prior merchandising or grocery stocking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.
