Woodlake at Tolland is a short and long-term care facility located in Tolland, CT. We are currently seeking a Full-time RN Supervisor 7-3 shift to join our dedicated healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise nursing staff during the night shift, ensuring quality care is provided to residents.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Provide direct patient care and assist with medical emergencies or urgent needs.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, documenting changes as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including CNAs, physicians, and family members.
• Communicate effectively with the day shift team for continuity of care and smooth handovers.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut.
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff.
• Ability to work independently and make timely critical decisions.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills.
• Availability for the 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM shift.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
