Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise nursing staff during the night shift, ensuring quality care.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Provide direct patient care and assist with medical emergencies or urgent needs.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, documenting changes as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, including CNAs, physicians, and families.
• Communicate effectively with the day shift team for continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Connecticut.
• Experience in long-term or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.

• Availability for 3:00 PM - 11:00 AM shift.
