Job summary

Dependable Nurses, Inc. is urgently hiring a Full-Time RN or LPN in Anthem, AZ to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care. This role is ideal for compassionate nurses who enjoy building meaningful relationships with patients.

Responsibilities include following physician orders, administering medications, and providing a safe environment for patients. Candidates must have a current RN or LPN license in Arizona and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN or LPN License (Compact License accepted).
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation needed.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home.
• Follow physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the clinical team.
• Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient.

One-on-One Private Duty Nursing

Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing care for a patient in Anthem, Arizona.

This is a full-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships while providing individualized care in a home setting. We have an immediate need for an RN or LPN available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
