Job summary

Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking RNs and LPNs for weekend day shift opportunities throughout the Valley. You will provide one-on-one nursing care to patients in their homes, following care plans and physician orders.

The ideal candidate will have active RN or LPN licensure, current BLS certification, and strong communication skills. Enjoy a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Arizona RN or LPN license.
• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting.
• BLS certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting.
• Follow individualized care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete accurate documentation and patient assessments.
• Communicate changes in condition to the Clinical Supervisor.
• Assist with patient mobility, positioning, and transfers.
