Job summary

Dependable Nurses, Inc., the Phoenix branch of Dependable Health Services, seeks a compassionate RN or LPN for one-on-one home nursing in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role follows a Wed-Thu-Sat-Sun schedule from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with private duty care and strong patient relationships.

The position emphasizes individualized patient care, ongoing training, and a supportive clinical team in a home setting. New graduates welcome and orientation provided.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN or LPN License (Compact License accepted).
• Current BLS Certification.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Article 9 Certification (or willingness to obtain—we can assist).
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home.
• Follow physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, family, and the clinical team.
• Assist with activities of daily living as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient.

One-on-One Private Duty Nursing

Dependable Nurses, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing care for a patient in Phoenix, Arizona.

We have an immediate need for an RN or LPN available to work:

Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
