Job summary

Dependable Nurses, Inc., a branch of Dependable Health Services, is hiring an RN or LPN to provide skilled one-on-one in-home nursing care for a medically fragile patient in Whiteriver, Arizona. This full-time role follows a consistent three-day schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, delivering daytime care one patient at a time.

New graduates are welcome and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN or LPN license (or compact license) required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current BLS certification (in-person) required.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months.
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Article 9 training; assistance available.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home.
• Perform patient assessments and follow the individualized plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition.
• Communicate effectively with the family and clinical team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the patient.

We have an immediate full-time opening with a consistent three-day schedule:

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
