Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Edmond in Edmond, OK is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (Days) to join our team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff.

This role requires Oklahoma RN licensure or multi-state license, BLS, and other certifications as required. The position includes front-loaded PTO, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for education and growth within INTEGRIS Health's network.

Qualifications

• RN license in Oklahoma or multi‑state via eNLC.
• BLS issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire; Hospice CPR if required.
• Other certifications and competencies as service line requires.

Responsibilities

• Assess and reassess patient conditions.
• Develop and implement the plan of care.
• Provide and coordinate patient care interventions.
• Evaluate outcomes of care and adjust as needed.
• Supervise and mentor licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Support risk management and safety initiatives.
