Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Edmond Hospital is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse for a day shift, full-time role in Edmond, OK. The RN will manage and document patient care, perform nursing assessments, develop a care plan, and possibly float to other units.

On-call status may be required; adherence to safety goals is expected. This role requires Oklahoma RN licensure (or multistate license via eNLC), BLS within 30 days, and other service-line certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Oklahoma or multi-state via eNLC.
• BLS issued by ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire; Hospice: CPR in lieu of BLS may apply.
• Other certifications and competencies as required by service line.

Responsibilities

• Manage and document patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement plan of care; reassess as needed.
• Coordinate with licensed and non-licensed staff to deliver care.
• Mentor and guide support staff and students as appropriate.
