Job summary

• Other service-line certifications may be required based on unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop plans of care.
• Implement appropriate nursing interventions and document care.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans as needed.
• Supervise/coordinate licensed and non-licensed staff; mentor trainees.
