Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at INTEGRIS Health Edmond in Oklahoma. This role involves assessing and developing plans of care, implementing patient interventions, and supervising other staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re‑assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervision and coordination of other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of patient care as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate

The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

Potential exposure to infections, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Must follow standard precautions.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or a current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
• BSN required. Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• 2 years of related RN experience required (BSN required for RN 3 only).

Additional Requirements by Specialty

• Emergency Department Only: ACLS certification within 6 months of hire. Hospice only: Current CPR required. Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN) preferred.
• Valid driver's license in state of employment, dependable transportation, and proof of current automobile liability insurance.
• Current ACLS certification required for Radiology only.
• This job requires operation of an INTEGRIS‑owned vehicle or personal vehicle (non‑INTEGRIS‑owned) and a current Oklahoma State Driver's License; driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
