• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks will be conducted as required by law.
• Criminal histories may be considered in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and vendors at a technology data center by following site security procedures and responding to incidents.
• Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of data center facilities, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access control points, visitor activity, and delivery areas; verify credentials and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner; communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.
• Report maintenance concerns and security issues to protect critical technology infrastructure.
