Job summary

FirstCash is hiring for a full-time Retail Sales Associate across pawnbroker/retail locations in the U.S. You will earn an hourly wage between $13.50 and $17.00 plus commission on transactions. The role includes benefits, earned wage access after 2 days, and a structured PTO plan.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform duties for extended periods.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and provide solutions.
• Process sales, loans, and other transactions accurately.
• Keep the sales floor clean and stocked; manage displays.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash with care.
• Support with customer inquiries and problem resolution.
