Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for a NEW retail store at The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass in Simpsonville, KY. You will lead the customer experience and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to hit bold targets.

Engage customers, train staff, and ensure merchandising standards while leveraging omnichannel tools to connect online and in-store shopping. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
