Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our NEW location at The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass in Simpsonville, KY. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on driving customer engagement, product knowledge, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Ability to engage customers and upsell.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function.
• Support store events and promotions to drive engagement.
• Provide training and feedback around Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to motivate associates and meet goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
• Offer product knowledge as a resource to customers and team members.
• Handle inventory and safety standards, including heavy boxes when needed.
