Job summary

Fabletics in Simpsonville, KY is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive an exceptional in-store experience and support Sales & Operations. You will lead by example, train teammates, and engage customers with product knowledge on fabrics, fit, and lifestyle.

You’ll work with the Store Manager to meet KPIs, manage daily operations, and create a welcoming shopping journey that blends online and retail experiences. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Running, etc.).
• Ability to engage with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside of the store.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-focused sales initiatives and drive exceptional in-store experiences.
• Train and coach associates to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet/exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
