Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Kenwood Towne Centre store in Cincinnati, OH. You will drive a best-in-class customer experience, lead a team, and collaborate with store leadership to achieve bold targets.

You’ll leverage product knowledge to engage customers, manage merchandising, and participate in community initiatives while supporting both sales and operations.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience and lead sales & operations.
• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, fit, features, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community involvement.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and increase purchase value.
• Offer product knowledge support to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve goals, while upholding safety standards.
